It’s always nice to know what you’re signing up for before you get in touch.

So here it is, this is pretty much the six steps we’ll run through if you decide to get in touch. I’ve tried to keep everything as simple and straightforward as possible.

Get in touch

To get the ball rolling, all you need to do is get in touch. You can complete my online form or fire me a quick email.

Intake

I’ll send you an intake questionnaire to complete so I can learn about you, your business and your goals for the images.

Deep dive

If you’re local we’ll meet up for a deep dive into your story, if further a field, we can schedule a zoom meeting.

Create plan

We’ll create a shot list. This list isn’t definitive, it’s acts as a starting point for documenting you, your work and your environment.

Shoot day

We keep the shoot day as chilled as possible. No rushed or nervous vibes, just a relaxed fun day, hanging out together and capturing images.

Your gallery

Shortly after our shoot, you’ll get access to your online gallery, where you’re able to select what images you’d like in your series.

What about fees?

50% of the fee is due when completing your intake questionnaire, the remaining 50% is then payable when your images are ready, before you get access to your gallery.

You get a set number of images from the gallery included in your session price. You’re always welcome to take additional images from the gallery for an additional fee.

You get full commercial rights to use the images for your business marketing in print, online, and social media. You do not have the rights to distribute or use them for any other purpose.

Moffat Collaboration Shoot

Standard session Fee: £0
Included images: 5
Must be located within 5 miles of Moffat

Standard rate per image: £25

Travel costs

30 mile radius of Moffat: Free
Outwith 30 mile radius: £30 per hour of travel
Travel expenses: Invoiced at cost

International
Half-Day (<5 hrs) Travel Rate: £150
Full-Day (<10 hrs) Travel Rate: £300
Travel expenses: Invoiced at cost
– Flights, Hotel, Hire Car, Petrol, Meals.
