Environmental Portraits

Environmental portraits are essentially portraits of you in your work environment. That could be your workshop, studio, shop, kitchen, or where ever it is you work and create.

I offer two options, for environmental portraits.

Option 1 – The quick

This is a 2 hour shoot in one location with 4 free images for £120

Option 2 – The double

This is a 4 hour shoot in up to two locations with 8 free images for £240

Brand Storytelling

Environmental portraits are essentially portraits of you in your work environment. That could be your workshop, studio, shop, kitchen, or where ever it is you work and create.

I offer two options, for brand storytelling.

Option 1 – The short story

This is a 3 hour shoot with 6 free images for £180

Option 2 – The full story

This is a 7 hour shoot with 16 free images for £420

Additional costs

Additional images
  • Per image: £20
Travel rates
UK travel
  • 30 mile radius of Moffat: Free
  • Outwith 30 mile radius: £20 per hour
  • Expenses: Invoiced at cost (e.g. meals)
International travel
  • Half-Day (up to 5 hrs): £80
  • Full-Day: £200
  • Expenses: Invoiced at cost (e.g. flights, hotel, hire car, meals)


Fees

50% of the fee is due when completing your intake questionnaire, the remaining 50% is then payable when your images are ready, before you get access to your gallery.

You get a set number of images from the gallery included in your session price. You’re always welcome to take additional images from the gallery for an additional fee.

You get full commercial rights to use the images for your business marketing in print, online, and social media. You do not have the rights to distribute or use them for any other purpose.


The Process

Here it is, the six steps we’ll run through if you decide to get in touch.

Get in touch

To get the ball rolling, all you need to do is get in touch. You can complete my online form or fire me a quick email.

Intake

I’ll send you an intake questionnaire to complete so I can learn about you, your business and your goals for the images.

Deep dive

If you’re local we’ll meet up for a deep dive into your story, if further a field, we can schedule a zoom meeting.

Create plan

We’ll create a shot list. This list isn’t definitive, it’s acts as a starting point for documenting you, your work and your environment.

Shoot day

We keep the shoot day as chilled as possible. No rushed or nervous vibes, just a relaxed fun day, hanging out together and capturing images.

06
Your gallery

Shortly after our shoot, you’ll get access to your online gallery, where you’re able to select what images you’d like in your series.
